While Great Britain was the prime source of so much calamity around the world with their colonies, India and the slave trade, no one likes the Brits. There has been a love hate thing between the world and the USA too. The USA of WWII was loved, the arrogant, ham handed, malfeasance since the early 1950’s has been a sore point with most of the world. And it’s been weird too. With most places it’s we like the Russians, but don’t like Russia, we like the Chinese but not China. With the world it’s been more we like America but not Americans.
