Imagine if all of our law enforcement agencies had that level of equipment.

I don't dispute the IRS could use a little updating. I'm not sure they need 87,000 new employees wearing baseball jerseys to work.

 

I can loan 'em a laptop or two if they'll get off their duffs and get my refund processed.

 

He could have been saving things all along. I believe he did. Always on the lookout for something that would benefit him, not caring if it was historical paperwork.

 

Refund? Oh, yeah, that thing I used to get about 15 years ago.
