I admit to waffling between feeling like the Dems caved and being happy that one more source of oxygen for the MAGA crowd will be cut and we can get on with running the country. We didn’t need 10 more days of people telling the same lies. They’re already “on the record,” and it means nothing. As dissatisfying as it is, the ballot box still remains out best weapon, and against Donald Trump, the ballot box worked. Maybe it is time to move on and to let the GOP continue caving in on itself.
