Trump only won NC by 1.4 pct. It isn't like it's a safe seat in any event - being open only makes it more so next year. And Florida was 2.3 pct - sure Marco wants to avoid a primary, but I can't believe his defense of Trump won't come back to haunt him a bit. And Texas was 3.6 pct. (but neither one up next year).

 

In order to get to the general election Marco has to win the primary. If he didn’t massage the trump taint, he would never get the nomination, guaranteed. He still may not depending on who runs.

 

Mom and Dad born during FDR. I was born during Nixon.

 

Dad was born when Coolidge was in office. Mom had Hoobert Heever. I was born during the age of Ike.
Siblings JFK, LBJ and Nixon.

Nephew/nieces Clinton, GWB, Obama.

My grandparents had Benjamin Harrison, Cleveland and McKinley.

 

My late father was born when Wilson was President. Mom Coolidge. I am Truman, one brother same, other Ike. My children are both Reagan babies.

 

I was born under Ike, six months before Kennedy was elected. Two older siblings were Ike too. My youngest brother was born three months before Kennedy was killed. My wife was born when Nixon was president and my son when Clinton was president (and Boris Yeltsin was president of Russia, where he was born). Both late parents born during Coolidge’s presidency.

I'm a JFK kid. Seventeen days after my birth, Gagarin blasted off. Hit me hard. I cried like a baby.
