If Walker wins, all Democratic bills should be written in that convoluted way in which "no" really means "yes." Might be able to trip him up on a few of those.

 

I absolutely agree. I have severe misgivings about his physical ability to fill his term, for one thing. Oz pushed all the wrong buttons, and has all the wrong talking points. But I believe this race tightened partly because Fetterman began matching Oz negative ad for negative ad. A lot of people are sick of it.

I’m not a lawyer, but if the court actually took this on and agreed, wouldn’t it open it up to hundreds of cases where people don’t like where their tax money is going? (And i know they might still only agree to the ones that fit their politics).

 

No. It would be hundreds of thousands of cases.
