I’m not saying that’s what happened. And I’m not saying he deserves the benefit of the doubt. That’s what he’s gonna argue.

McCarthy and the GOP are stuck with Santos for 2 years. They don't have the margin to afford handing this district back to the Dems in a special election.

He should remain in the House. He invented the Internet, darn it, and that should count for something!

So there is nothing on election filing forms that states any false information is punishable by law? Geez, drivers licenses, library cards and Netflix sign-ups have higher standards.

There are questions about his claims regarding his health issues, too.

Yes, the Tweet is wrong. He claimed he went through radiation, not chemotherapy.

At some point, the GOP needs to wonder if he's really a Republican. At least wonder if he'll be with them on some key votes.

Honestly, I think George Santos is about to be the poster boy for this:

"Munchausen syndrome is considered a mental illness because it is associated with severe emotional difficulties. Munchausen syndrome, named for Baron von Munchausen, an 18 th century German officer who was known for embellishing the stories of his life and experiences, is the most severe type of factitious disorder."

I've heard more realistic storylines from my sister and her friends playing with their Barbies than this guy.

I do love the thought of Mayor Pete being the Toby Flenderson to Fox News.
