I don't know about this one. Seems like she said something that could reasonably be construed as a threat and she has declined to apologize or explain. Maybe she didn't mean to suggest there will be blood. Seems to me she could explain that one remark, ask the klan to calm down and renew a semblance of normalcy. It also seems like the Trumpists are jumping all over the slightest opportunity to disparage and dismiss.

 

They do seem conflicted about that. They get agitated about demonstrations of human decency and claim they're done with the NFL. If ever ratings stagnate or dip week-over-week, the Trumpist klan says a change is coming and can be attributed entirely to the WOKE libruhls. But a week or two later, the Trumpists are silently slinking back.
Their contempt of the NBA is probably real. Too many big Black men with their faces fully visible.
As to MLB, they love the Braves, who serve the same function as the SEC to them.
Even people in Nashville won't drop the Braves because of what that franchise represents to them: a raised middle finger to the woke libruhls. Owned by Liberty Media, after all.

Disney sues Gov. Ron DeSantis, alleging political retaliation

Disney is suing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) over what it calls a “relentless campaign to weaponize government power” — a major escalation of the standoff between the entertainment giant and the conservative governor.


The lawsuit filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida accuses DeSantis of orchestrating a campaign to punish Disney over its political views. The lawsuit comes just one week after DeSantis pledged to work with the state legislature to roll back Disney’s corporate control over its Florida theme park.


It represents the latest exchange in a long-running public feud between Florida’s conservative governor, widely seen as a likely contender for the party’s 2024 presidential nomination, and the California-based theme park operator.
