They’ve been screaming for seven years and will never stop. They had the chance to take him off the board with the Jan. 6 impeachment but didn’t. They deserve all they get.

SCOTUS is liable to wind up where the Republicans are - pushing too far and ignoring the voice of the populace. Even they can go too far and suffer blowback.

I'd be happy if the actuarial table took a couple of members of this court out.

 

Seems like a blatant 1A violation.

 

DoJ has sued to stop the Tennessee ban on gender affirming care from taking effect, on the grounds that the new law violates the equal treatment clause of the Constitution because it discriminates on the basis of both sex and trans status. Tennessee will find it difficult to argue in court that it does not.
