Ratings-wise, it'll be worth much more than that, though. All the clips, the analysis, the idea that, every time comments are referenced "CNN Town Hall" is part of the story.

And all the other CNN talkers were plenty indignant about it. They may have found it sacrilegious - but they still talked about it to far more viewers than usual.

 

Ratings said the interview had an audience of 3.1 million people, less than one percent of the population of the US. That this is a ratings triumph for CNN only shows how desperate their ratings situation is.
