Can’t wait to hear what Doug Burgum thinks of this.

I owe the British news site the Independent an apology. Yesterday I posted that I doubted anyone close to this case would leak the date of the indictment to a relatively unknown foreign news site. They had the scoop and I was completely wrong. Kudos to them and mea culpa to me.

I and the artist who famously sketched Fat Orange Hitler's first indictment that ended up on the cover of the New Yorker patronize the same art store. They had her autograph a copy of the sketch and hung it over the register.

Don't feel bad. Most pundits figured that since the Miami grand jury was still talking to witnesses, an indictment was at least a week away, probably more.

The fact is, witnesses can be screened right up to "the defense rests" if the judge grants it.

MSNBC is bad at podcasting their shows when breaking news happens. They are breaking bad(ly).

So far, Burgum is in the lead for the presidential candidate most similar to Conner Roy, even though they don’t look all that much alike. Burgum might need to grow a beard if he wants to keep the title.

The last line of every US Code is crucial. The last one of 18 US Code 793 is "ten years."

At least Asa Hutchinson was a House manager in Clinton's impeachment, which gets never mentioned.

Would risk trial and prison if it meant being Mr. Tea Leoni.
