That's not saying much.

 

His lawyers are arguing he cannot be sued personally for signing a bill and there has been no enforcement by DeSantis to give Disney standing to sue him.

DeSantis doesn't want to be in any lawsuit, period. Just like you wouldn't want to be in one.

Disney can't tie him up so that he wouldn't be able to campaign. The only burden on his time would be a deposition. Lawyers do everything thing else.

 

The only part of this that surprises me a little bit is that the Daily Wire isn’t trying to pass this turd off as a documentary.
