I think it was obvious. A big part of the issue people have with the movie is that Caviezel pushes QAnon, but people aren't complaining Scientology when Tom Cruise stars in a movie. Of course, I don't really see a connection to Scientology in the Mission Impossible movies, but hey, it's Alma.

Beau did a video on this, and the lengths he went to describe the slim reporting and unconfirmed nature of the alleged incident made me laugh. You could tell he was tickled as hell, but he went to great lengths to be neutral.

In Georgia, 23 random eligible voters are selected to serve on a grand jury for a six-month period. You need 16 present to have a quorum and 12 yes votes for a true bill of indictment. The judge, not the district attorney, selects the grand jury based solely on who shows up on that date and meets the requirements. And those names are spit out by a random number generator from some computer in Atlanta.

The district attorney is very specific about your role as a grand juror: You're not there to determine guilt or innocence, only to determine if there's sufficient evidence for prosecution. And you can ask questions about the evidence presented, and have the ability to discuss the case without the DA present.

It's Fulton County, so you're assuming the potential pool will consist of more minorities or younger voters than my redneck judicial district. But if it's more 50-50 or older whiteys, the DA is going to have to weigh his/her options, especially since the evidence will make it clear that you're hearing Trump's efforts to overturn the election.

Returning a "no bill" would kill the DA's attempts at prosecution, so "reading the room" will be huge. If the DA thinks they have at least 12 people who are likely to vote for a true bill, they may press their luck. They don't have to present cases they don't think are winnable.

I was vehemently opposed to impeaching Biden until I saw he wasn’t wearing socks while walking to Air Force One.
