The new documents indictment may mean that they have new testimony or evidence, and if they can prove that Trump was trying to delete the security videos (or if some were and we don't know it yet) that's valuable. Having a couple of ordinary people with the same charges makes it harder to minimize Trump's punishment. The FBI got De Oliveira's phone a while back. OTOH, every time the charges are amended, that's a chance for Trump's lawyers to delay things. Wanna bet it takes a while to find him a lawyer and get them vetted for classified documents? More discovery, etc.

 

If the FBI hates Trumpists, then it's probably doing its job. They deserve every bit of scorn they get.

 

If DOJ would just start back-channeling hints that Fucko's passport might oughta be revoked, maybe he'll high-tail it on a one-way flight to Saudi Arabia that much faster.
