So here's the deal. Hunter Biden has been charged with some crimes.A plea deal fell apart and he pled not guilty. Donald Trump has ben indicted on very many charges, state and federal, has pled not guilty, and is busy saying things that would get ANY other defendant put in the nearest federal lockup. But in theory, Hunter Biden is the worse criminal because... They're all fascist pigs. No Republican should be allowed to hold office. Most should be under federal detention. They tried for another 1861. Didn't work. Time to pay the piper.

Looks like Fani Willis' grand jury isn't through just yet.

"Duncan told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Monday that he has yet to receive a date to meet with grand jurors, but he added on social media that he would “share the facts as I know them around this investigation in hopes of figuring out what really happened.”

That’s viewed as an indication that he will agree to testify — something he didn’t initially do when he received a subpoena last year to speak to a separate special grand jury that probed whether Trump violated Georgia law with his attempt to overturn his 2020 election defeat."

I won't bring in Chris Christie often, but this seems to be solid analysis with his ex-prosecutor hat on.

FWIW - travelled from Northern California up 5 through So. Oregon and saw a grand total of one Trump flag (or sign, or whatever). No other GOP candidate signage or whatever. Nothing Biden related either (for or against). I find that odd given we're about a year away from the conventions. Could be a low enthusiasm election.

I think this one will be more about aversion than enthusiasm.

I have some mouth breathers who occupy an overpass every Friday with their flags and signs but I’m seeing fewer Trump flags over all. Will be interesting closer to January is that changes.

Curious, were there the water signs and fire all the Democrat signs like your see going the other way?

No. It was surprisingly barren of political rhetoric of any kind. The "State of Jefferson" thing is still there. American flags on overpasses, but that's it.

This 2024 election will be a referendum on dictatorship. Full stop.

Trump is like Duck Dynasty or maybe Beanie Babies.
He was and still is a big deal with a very small group, and at its peak, a lot of people got caught up in the fad, and then they moved on to something else.
If people quit bringing up every little thing he does every day, he'd really fall off the radar.

Three indictments!! When did we stop believing in “where there’s smoke there’s fire!”
