So that’s why Obama started the Maui fire. He’s trying to burn down the real long-form birth certificate.

"Bill McAnally, a self-declared “Trump fan,” was ecstatic when an Italian company, Enel, announced plans in May to spend more than $1 billion — the largest private investment in the state’s history.......But when told by a reporter that Enel plans to take advantage of tax credits included in Biden’s climate law, McAnally abruptly changed his tune.

“I don’t support it now,” he said. “The federal government doesn’t need to get involved. We all support bringing in green, but we don’t want to give them all this free money.”

Such a frustrating attitude. As is those of GOP mooks in congress who voted agains these laws....then try to grab credit.

Democrats’ climate law set off a wave of energy projects in GOP districts. A backlash followed.

One would like to think that the Times, Post and Dow Jones (Wall St. Journal), all of whom have reporters assigned to the Dept. of Justice, asked about possible federal action before they wrote the fucking letter. If not, shame on them.

Chutkan stated her remedy for Trump shooting his mouth off would be to set the earliest possible trial date. Prosecution proposed Jan. 2. Trial's expected to take 4-6 weeks. He could get a verdict before Super Tuesday.

Yeah, but that's presumably for "normally" careless and ill-advised statements. At some point you have to start considering willful and fully intentional defiance and flagrant contempt of court.
What is she gonna do if he spews out a tweet, "fuck you bitch, I can do what I want and you can't do shit"?
We're not really too far off.
