There are two possibilities: Prosecutors have an extremely weak case and this was the best they could get for Powell (right before her trial was set to start) OR Powell got lengthy probation and a financial non-fucking because she agreed to testify.

I'm betting on the latter.

 

The Kraken cracks. I expect the Big Cheese will also plead.

If they both plead, what that does is keep Willis' case under wraps until the big show AND they will both turn state's evidence. A double dose of bad news for Twitchy.

 

NYT story said she's agreed to testify and turn over documents she has.
