The justification for assault weapons is unbelievably ridiculous and I’m befuddled how the judges continue to uphold it.

When was the last time there was the need for a militia against the govt? The Cuvil War? Which was an insurrection not a protection against govt oppression.

2nd no bill of rights right is absolute. There’s always a counter if there is a legitimate state interest involved. Saving lives would seem to be the best justification around.

Lastly, again the right to arms does not mean ANY arms.
