He's in Tomball tonight, essentially a suburb of Houston. Texas is still a place that Rs pretty much have zero chance of losing, so its clearly all about the grift right now. He didn't want to actually win the first time, and I kind of doubt he wants to the second time, since it'll just distract from his time spent on sticking his hand out.

 

I think he sure as hell wants to win. Mostly so he can get out of legal trouble. But also to get revenge on everyone he thinks wronged him.

Of course, it has nothing to do with actually leading the country.
