Yes, let's revisit just how much you don't like TFG.

 

People in this country are getting more mindless and stupid all the time.

I'm really starting to think it's because we live so well, so easily, and have so much help available, and there is so much freedom, etc., that entitlement is rampant. It's like, we don't really have any problems...so we're making some.

There's no respect, no effort, no care, or appreciation, about anything.

And our "media," which amounts to social media and Fox News, is not helping. People are not reading, and that is a real drawback because it means there is getting to be less and less thinking. That leaves people reliant only on what they happen to see, hear or listen to on said social media and Fox News -- and normal intake means people don't even take in/comprehend all of that.

Hence, more mindlessness, and more stupidity, all the time.

 

Yes, noted historian Donald Trump says the Civil War could have been avoided if the two sides had just sat down at the negotiating table. Like they weren't talking for the previous 40 years!!

Trump isn’t smart enough to know about Crittenden or Corwin, so somebody in his ear is a full-on Confederate sympathizer. The horrors of the Civil War made clear to Lincoln his endorsement of Corwin in 1861 was mistaken.
