I disagree, since every debate Trump had with Biden in 2020 hurt him, especially the first one. His rants lose more votes than they win. But Trump isn't about to debate. He'll demand Alex Jones as moderator, or that it be held in a hall in the Villages, and then say it's all unfair so he won't do it.

Social media is a comfort zone. So are the "interviews" on Fox, NewsMax and other friendlies throwing batting practice fast balls. A debate forces him to think on his feet, which isn't his strength.

 

"We’ve got a Florida Man – Donald Trump – running for President, and he’s facing ongoing legal challenges from Democrats in New York, Washington DC, and Atlanta," he said. "The Left is really good at weaponizing the courts, and because President Biden is so unpopular, they’re not just trying to beat Trump at the ballot box, they’re trying to throw him behind bars, which is outrageous."

"If we can help and support a Florida candidate for the White House, that’s just good from a dollars and cents perspective," he said. "From all the decisions the federal government makes with regard to military installations, to roads, to disaster aid – it’s in Florida’s best interest to make sure their champion for the President is allowed a fair shot at the White House without being taken down by some fake witch-hunt."

 

And you know all that money would go to his legal fees and not right into his pocket.
