    If Trump, Deustche Bank or you or anyone else has broken the law. ... Leticia James has ample authority to prosecute. It's actually what she SHOULD be doing with the job she chose.

    You can do all the sarcastic posts in the world that try to conflate nonsense and muddle what I was saying. ... and what ACTUALLY happened in that case was still the state of New York having an unjust authority to allege a fraud that the alleged victims never alleged (they could have sued themselves if they thought they had been wronged), a supposed victim that had never claimed victimhood even testifying FOR Trump, and a judge substituting his judgment about what should have happened over what the actual parties involved (who bore the consequences) were perfectly fine with.

    That kind of thing happening in a legal proceeding is antithetical to ANY of us having individual rights -- whether the person in the court room for that farce is Donald Trump or Woody Long.
