All this revisionist history in an attempt to make up for the lack of any policies, of course. And if Republicans were really interested in finding out the "truth" about Jan. 6, why did they not join Liz Cheney on the committee?

Both questions I know the answers to, of course, but they can't be asked enough.

Those questions are not on the minds of Trump voters. They have much more important questions. To wit:
Will Melania have to make sacrifices and live most of the time in The White House? Will she bring in new furniture, and if so, from where. Mar-a-lago? Marshall's?
Does she even know what she might do to decorate for Christmas 2025? That could take months.

What of poor Barron? Will he have to finish high school in D.C.? Can his friends still come by from Mar-a-Lago? Can he get still get a scholarship to Palm Beach State College? Man, will he have to walk-on? Can you imagine.
Will he enter the transfer portal?

So many questions.

 

I'd be hitting the transfer portal out of that family.

 

Can you explain how his misstatements on his or his businesses loan documents hurt taxpayers or the lenders.

 

But he is still going to be the Republican nominee, and still has plenty of support, so...yeah, pretty much consequence-free. This country is so stupid. It's just inexplicable.
