CNN is reporting that Evan Corcoran has left Trump's legal team. Corcoran was the attorney that Trump had search MaL for documents, the one that made Trump uncomfortable by keeping good notes. Attorney - client privilege was pierced by the crime-fraud exception, and Corcoran was forced to testify before the grand jury. I don't think too much should be read into Corcoran leaving - after all, he is a witness for the prosecution - but this is a reminder that the obstruction portion of the documents case is ironclad as hell. Unless Judge Cannon can get the whole thing thrown out, I'm not sure how he'd ever weasel out of those charges.
