The only reason people seem to think Trump is "authentic" and "tells it like it is" is because his brain has been pickled in the same Murdoch juice as theirs. There's nothing more to it. He's a bigot and a racist and serial abuser of women, so of course he'd gravitate to Fox News, where millions and millions of bad birds roost. Birds just waiting for a bird of prey (or is it pray?) to tell 'em who to go out and physically harm.

18 to 25's need to be inculcated like this: re-elect Biden even if you have to pinch your nose to avoid the stench.

In a year he will be put to pasture and then we have President Kamala Harris, a black-brown woman, who gets 3 years to prove her stuff and then you can decide her fate in '28.

But at least Trump and Biden will be in the rearview mirror by then.

 

But will MAGA still be a thing? Will Trumpism have an heir or successor who channels the hate and gets enough votes?
Harris will not be hard to beat.

If Biden wins this year, why would Harris necessarily be easy to beat in '28 by someone who is not Trump?

Just another zillionaire who thinks paying taxes is an indignity, nay, an outrage. The anti-semitism line is risible. Just roll with your true self, dude, Trump does. Just say, "I'm greedy, and Trump is good for greed."

It’s been a problem long before now. And you’ve had Dems like Bill Clinton try to move toward the middle on policies like welfare and defense and still get portrayed as flaming-hot liberal, allowing the right to move further to the right and keep that distance between liberal and conservative. That’s how you get health care reform based off Mitt Romney’s Massachusetts plan painted as liberal while even Mitt himself disavowed it later as a senator. The same thing has happened with so-called liberal media.
