I imagine a Trump 2.0 would be horrible. He literally could do a brainstorming session on how much more horrible he could make things and I wouldn't be surprised. Threat of a pardon? Who cares? Threat of indictment? Who cares? Term limited? Who cares? To say he would be unrestrained by anything is an understatement. Nothing - absolutely nothing - would be off the table. I could see a "temporary" suspension of the Constitution while it is being reviewed by his lawyers being deemed "well within the powers of the President" by SCOTUS. Maybe our nation has it coming. We've earned it.

By the way, anyone who claims to know what a jury is thinking solely by the time which has passed is just making things up. These are 12 people who likely have never served on a criminal jury before and don’t really know each other. We have no idea what issues resonated with them and which ones didn’t. The only possible tea leaves can be read are from the questions which they ask, and even that is iffy.
