Raising tolls has rarely worked to keep vehicles out of Manhattan.

 

And worth noting -- in the last three NYT/Siena polls, the big headlines were "OMG, Trump leads!"

But in all three polls, Biden led in a somewhat important demographic: people who actually vote.
