    It definitely took me going a few times (to a couple of shops) to find the stylist I go to regularly. Now I'm just worried she'll move on because only a couple of the people at that shop have been there more than a couple years - and several a lot less.

    I started just cutting mine off like the first day of boot camp when haircuts went from $6 to $7.
    I go to a place called Being Cheap, or as I like to call it, the front porch.

    Mrs. t_b_f has cut my hair and my son's since COVID. Thankfully, I'm in the Army because she only knows one cut.

    I've been cutting my own hair for so long (Wahl kit, full set of cutters) that I can't imagine paying somebody else to do it.

    I've had white hair creeping into the lower extremities of the hair on my head for 25 years, but the other day I trimmed up and discovered that I have one white clump on the top of my head. Measures were taken to hide that. At any SJ gathering, I'll be the tall guy in the cowboy hat.

    In my purple county there was a MAGA themed-barber shop called Hate Clips.
    You know that blue stuff the other shops use for their combs? There it was red.
