The networks (which get fewer eyes/ears than a random Meidas livecast) desperately need us to talk about this right now. Guess what the bulk of the Sunday morning programming was about.

 

Olbermann has become so irrelevant that it’s not even funny anymore.

 

As a side note, this may be indicate a flaw in the trump/bannon “flood the zone with bullshit” strategy. Nothing sticks on the other side either.

So this is the argument those of us who desire a Democrat wins the election have to make for the next 4 months? That doctors say he’s really on top of things?

To borrow a Shapiro line, facts don't care about your feelings. When there's credible evidence he has cognitive issues, and not speculation from armchair QBs, let me know.

Would I rather have someone other than an 81-year-old? Yep.

But the idea of replacing him at this point is a fantasy.

Hence the shrug emoji. The morally inert Republican rank and file can't be expected to do the right thing.

Trump is demonstrably unfit, but like honey badger, the party of Lincoln don't give a damn.

 

I'm of the opinion that a majority of the voters, the ones who are not political junkies, aren't paying much attention. Ratings on the debate were low. It's still early.

I'm also of the opinion that most of the voters are still going to be deciding between voting for Trump and voting for anyone other than Trump.
