It’s outrageous. What a racist thing to say. Of course the deplorables love it.

    Catching up here.

"...pundit fairy dust" is a wonderful line. Kudos, @Michael_ Gee.

A little bit concerned that the Biden family is encouraging him to stay in, with Hunter apparently the most vocal about it. And that they think there should be staff changes due to the poor debate performance. Please. If Biden was "good to go" they would have done a big NYT interview, a few morning shows and held a 60 minute press conference. That they haven't tells me something.
Sure, he's STILL better than Trump, but the stakes are so high, family pride and/or vanity should not be what democracy hangs on. If Biden stays in and loses, it's horrible. If he drops out and someone else loses? Not as horrible.

    6-3 on immunity.

The court holds that a former president has absolute immunity for his core constitutional powers.

There is no immunity, the court holds, for unofficial acts.

Does that mean that Biden cannot have Trump shot to death??

I think that's what it means.

Trump will say everything he did was an official act. Gets a nice assist from the Republican supermajority on the court.
