After being harangued about vetoing similar bills for years, this past spring Idaho's old-school GOP, rancher and now "RINO" governor finally "signed that stinkin' bill."

It could have been worse -- previous we-hate-libraries bills would have allowed anonymous tipsters to rat out libraries that didn't follow the law, a bounty-style system with fines up to $2,500. Gov. Little vetoed those until they finally took the bounty portion out.
