More likely, he was dumb enough to say that and one or more Democrats trying to force him out leaked it because holy shitballs this guy has lost the plot for good.

I hope the reason nothing has been announced is because they’re taking a four-day weekend to have lawyers go over everything with a fine-toothed comb to ensure the smoothest possible handoff to Harris. Because if Biden stays, this election is finished and so are we as a free country.
