This. I don't think he was grazed by the bullet. I think it hit something close to him, perhaps the teleprompter, and shattered. Trump gets hit by a bullet fragment or a piece of glass or plastic, which cuts his ear.

He makes a macho thing out of it, which plays well as a death defying gesture but is not nearly as dramatic if a bullet grazed his head, so he does not release a medical report.

 

The first congressional Democrat from Wisconsin to call for Biden to leave. It would be interesting to know what polling he has looked at.
