Based on one or two things I've seen since this started, it sounds like the default strategy is going to be to blame it on the mayor, Jacob Frey, and I'm all for that. Frey is kind of the classic White Liberal who has all these ideas but no plan after the police union tells them to shove those ideas up his ass.
