    i don’t think it would have been Trump but it’d be a republican in office right now. No incumbent was going to stand a chance

    Trump loses in 2016 he goes away. He didnt want to win the first time. And his ego would have been battered and he would not have wanted to be a two time loser. And I think the gop leaders would have said — you couldn’t beat Hillary of all people? We’re not doing that again.

    Nothing against Andy Beshear. What he’s done in Kentucky is impressive. But Harris made the right choice. He's not a very engaging speaker.

    He's sort of the Evan Bayh of Tim Kaines.
