At best, to any somewhat sane person who hasn't gulped every gallon of Trump Kool-aid, they could make some kind of case that Harris had a C+ interview with Baeir. But by any objective standard, she more than held her own. That anyone could claim she will lose 10 percentage points in battleground states over this is insanity, but we're talking Trumpies here.

Thursday was the first day of early voting in my corner of the world.

Was heartened that it took 70 minutes to go through the line in my locale. People were peaceful and patient. There was only one MAGA hat, it was on the head of a minority and he seemed a decent sort – didn't make waves. Turnout was strong.

So that backfired on MAGA. May it be the start of a series of failures for the cult.
