    This. It is the one indicator we can reliably measure right now. And right now, it is as high (or higher) than it was in 2020, which I take a great degree of comfort in. I don't think Trump wins converts anywhere near as fast as he wins opponents, and the more people go to the polls, the more that will bear out.

    The only thing that shocked me about that story was that Pat McCrory - the governor who was voted out not long after signing the infamous Bathroom Bill – called the potential move "a grave mistake." Well, that and both Phil Berger and Tim Moore didn't try to ram it through state Congress.
