This is the worst night. Worse than 2016. Got to hear my daughter cry tonight. Good times.

    Fuck you, America.

It’s not even goddamn pre-pandemic levels. It’s what happened DURING the pandemic, when demand went down to zero.

I get it. I have a 2.5-percent 15-year fixed mortgage thanks to the fucked-up pandemic economy. People actually didn’t understand that it wasn’t real, that it wasn’t anything rooted in actual economics but it was the result of a global emergency.

Just saw a talking head say Trump won't kill America, America has survived a lot. But we might have a nation-wide abortion ban and the youth of today could see 22 percent mortgage rates to make up for the deficits.

248 years is really a hell of a run for a nation. I just wanted it to last for the rest of my days and then any collapse could happen on someone else's watch. It's kinda selfish because I do have a kid in middle school, but maybe she can get out and to another place that won't fall under the sway of fascism?

I'm 66 and not in the greatest health, so I won't be around for most of it. But I fear for my nieces and nephew in their teens and twenties. They're going to live through a lot of horrible things. Or maybe not.
