There's a law-abiding health care executive? Based on their revenue and profits, not sure they exist.

Scream about books in the bags of migrant kids and phantom bans on meat....take credit for Dem policies.

It's going broke for now. If they don't put nuclear on the energy menu, I'd predict coal will keep a smaller but stubborn foothold.

I don't see Scott doing too well going forward.
To Republicans, he's a black guy.
    To Democrats, he's Uncle Tim.

While I agree that if your sole purpose in life is to be an elected official you have only two parties to choose from, I think it’s been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt the Republican Party left the fix-it-from-within stage on Jan. 6 and therefore you need to either leave the party and fight against it (as dozens of well known Republican operatives have done) or quit complaining about it.
There’s nothing that says you can’t exit the party, help the Democrats bring about the destruction of all things Trump, then return to a reborn GOP in four years.

Just finished it. A couple of takeaways.

First, unreal read. Great approach. Loved it.

Not one quote from Obama. Not that it was lacking, but noticeable.

The fact they were looking for a number to call Bill, and yet (redacted) pulled his wife into a shower to tell her what was about to happen and Hillary was directly involved.

I'd be intrigued by a read from Obama's perspective on all of this. His decision-making. Who he consulted, if anyone. From this read, he didn't consult past presidents for their advice. Would love a read into how W. and Bill would have taken this in and advised having been in the big chair. Even Carter with Desert One.

    I devour pieces like this.

Just finished it. That was one hell of a read, Inky. Thanks for sharing that.

Although - just because of where we are - my first thought was, when it was mentioned someone was wearing an Ovi sweater - was, "Moddy?"
