    Pete Hegseth is worse than thought. Not only does his mother speak out against him, but his actions with veterans' groups are, well, less than exemplary. These are the kinds of people Trump wants at the top of our government.

    Anderson Clayton is just 26 years old, youngest Dem State chair. She's incredibly sharp. I would hope she's running for DNC national chair.

    Simply put, for those who might not still know, Roy Cooper vetoed a bill that the GOP tried to ram through that would not only provide financial relief for those in Western North Carolina in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, but also kneecap the authority of the governor, lieutenant governor and others – all Dems, of course – in the process.

    Stay classy, GOP. (And because the Republican supermajority is no more, they won't be able to override Cooper's veto which will upset them. Too bad.)
