My son is a straight up millennial, born in 1984. He lives in Brooklyn with his fiancee. He has friends in that age group who have had children, and a number of them have left Brooklyn. BUT, they moved to Queens, where there are bigger places, but they're still within transit range of their former stomping grounds. He has another friend from his high school who still lives in the Boston suburb where they grew up. He bought a condo there when he got married. He and his folks came up with an ingenious solution when he started a family and his parents wanted to downsize from their 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. They swapped abodes.

Actually, yes, you did miss those posts about Christians and police officers, but your false implication that they don't exist was just one part of your non-responsive post that was utter bullshit.

Colonial pipeline hack claimed by Russian group DarkSide spurs emergency order from White House

Like many ransomware gangs, DarkSide makes money by hacking a victim’s network, encrypting their files so they can’t be accessed and threatening to publish them online if they’re not paid a hefty fee.

In a statement posted to its website, DarkSide echoed a sentiment common across ransomware gangs — that they’re an apolitical group, only interested in making money — but seemed to acknowledge that by hampering the fuel industry, they may have crossed a line with the United States that no ransomware gang has crossed before.

“We are apolitical, we do not participate in geopolitics, do not need to tie us with a defined goverment and look for other our motives,” the gang posted, misspelling "government."

“Our goal is to make money, and not creating problems for society. From today we introduce moderation and check each company that our partners want to encrypt to avoid social consequences in the future.”

    Michael-
My neighbor's millennial son can't find a house. They have the resources but the listings get sold before they can even snap their fingers. And the bidding process is no longer even an artful thing - it's just a rat race within a rat race inside a pandemic.

Are they working with a realtor? At least in Texas, our realtor told us that by the time it gets to public sites like Zillow, half the houses she sells are already under contract. You're basically only posting on there to fish for offers that'll be a vast overpay, or, options if the first buyer falls out. For our house - We were prepared to build from dirt, which is a four month process, but got "lucky" because someone pulled out of a house that was 75 percent done. We still had to pay roughly $40k over the base price for the house.

    More junior high humor:

"Why couldn't the toilet paper cross the road?"

"It got stuck in a crack somewhere."

Folks here are buying houses before inspection, which is plain stupid.
