The accusation is that one party is heavily racist. I'm not defending the argument, but your failed attempt at a gotcha is based on bullshit. In other words, it's more of the same with you.

 

What are the specific allegations? Bernie's not a viable candidate for 2020, despite what his fan base hopes for, so big deal on the election front anyway. He's just too old and too extreme left. But, sure, let's hear the allegations up front, please.

 

The timing of this is... odd.

 

I don't particularly care about the timing. If it stops Bernie's jealous backroom degradation of Democrats who share his POTUS ambitions but who are under the age of 75, I'm all for the public revelation.

 

No one younger than 60. That rules out Biden, Warren and Sanders right off the bat. If the Democrats are stupid enough to nominate one of those fossils, they deserve to get their asses run by Trump.

I don't see Booker or Harris as viable candidates against Trump solely because of their race. Obama was lightning in a bottle, and they aren't that.

I read a lot of the Texas coverage between Beto and the Rat, so for now Beto is my guy. Whether that shakes out in 2019, who knows? I think Beto would destroy Trump in any debate, mainly because Beto isn't batshit crazy.

 

Yeah, I'm not particularly implying anything with that. I think Bernie's a lightweight and a jackass, and if it derails any thoughts of a 2020 run I'm all for it.

Coming out now just seems strange. If it's legit -- and it could absolutely be legit -- I would have expected it two and a half years ago. If it's some anti-Bernie plot I'd expect it a year from now.
