At this point, Dulles is about one hearing away from Customs and Border Patrol being replaced by US Marshals. The only answer to that is "no, sir, I'm an American." If they hold or try to deport a citizen without due process, they're criminals.

 

Even if the guy gets sent away and has to be gone for six months or more, they'll eventually get it worked out. /YankeeFan
