    Normally May would have to resign now, but she's saying she'll stay on. It's such a fucked-up situation. It really is one of those situations where you want everyone to go, You know what? This is a terrible idea, never mind. That would probably get 70 percent support. But that stupid referendum makes it almost impossible to walk back.

    And, of course—the places in the UK that benefit the most from the EU, like South Wales, voted the most overwhelmingly to leave. It's just like the US that way. People vote against their better interests because of flag-waving nationalism promoted by people who don't give a fuck about either the poor or the country. It's so fucking dumb.
