We've asked a million times that shit like that not be discussed in threads because suddenly you have way too many posts about it, some trying to help and some trying to be assholes, and actual posts ABOUT politics get lost in the shuffle. I like to read this thread. I don't like to read post after post after post of bullshit.

So, as we've asked/pleaded/begged countless times before, ask privately and don't clog up the actual thread.

(and posting something like "didn't tickle the right balls" is so laughable and ignorant and a major part of the problem. If you don't know what the fuck you are talking about, do us all a favor and don't talk).

This is as friendly a warning / plea /whatever-you-want-to-call-it, as possible. If you are someone who doesn't come on here to actually participate. ... but are now just showing up whenever someone else creates drama, to try to fan it into a dumpster fire, or to use it as an opportunity to be nasty toward people, or to try to create moderating referendums because of whatever you want to believe. ... don't. You are going to be gone for good.

If you are someone who feels the need to respond to those people when they appear. ... don't. It makes you the problem, too. Just ignore them. Please don't bog down this thread, or any others, with that stuff.

If you like it on here, and find people worth reading and responding to. ... post away. Respond to whoever you want. Ignore people you can't stand. ... Be opinionated, passionate, partisan, right, wrong, funny, erudite. ... even boring and long-winded, etc, etc. ...

If you don't want to be here -- whatever your reasons -- then don't be here. That is fine, too.
