    Oh, afraid isn't the word I'd use for the right.

    I think it's the word I'd use for the centrist left.

    They can't control the media and celebrities attaching themselves to her, and since the left is increasingly dictated by celebrities (who, for example, bankrolled the Parkland kids) and social media, there's not much they can do to slow down her popularity.

    Oh, I think she draws attention to herself, but I doubt she's begging her way into all these interviews and thinkpieces. That's the media anointing her because she generates Web traffic.

    And we're back to random breaking news about the Mueller Report process, which is quickly becoming like Fox's breathless updates of "did they find WMDs in Iraq!?!?!?" back in the mid-2000s.

    Don't know that I would go with "insane." They're rabble-rousing religious goofs, out to annoy people in the name of the Lord.
