    I could miss two and still be OK, but I'd have to cut way the hell down on a lot of things. If I missed the third, things would begin to get problematic.

    True on the consumption thing ... I bought a 60-inch Samsung UHD 4K a couple of years ago, but I put it on a Best Buy credit card with no interest for 24 months and paid it off in those 24 months. I have no desire to do it again just because the newer stuff has more bells and whistles. It works great for me. Same reason why I don't want to buy a new car, even though I kinda want a new car. Mine is paid off, works well, and I drive company vehicles during our busy season, so my car is reserved mostly for my daily commute and personal trips. I hate the idea of having a payment again. It'll die at some point, but I'll ride it until then.

    Pelosi is playing t-ball with trump. But she should not do what journalists did in 2016 and that is ease up on trump because, well, he’s just a reality game show host and a failed casino owner. Don’t stop the pressure on him, don’t reply to him. He can’t react, so initiate. Dems need to play offense. Co-opt a few issues.
