I think both the magazine and the readership would have been better served by a deeper, better-considered premise.

And if this is a series, part of that consideration has to be, 'how do we launch this thing?'

For as much consternation as this is causing today, the piece itself doesn't really succeed.

 

The difference between a good idea and a bad idea often rests in the execution.
