    Add the OPCW to the list of seemingly independent world watchdog organizations possibly undermined by political influences.

    Still not a peep in the NYT or WaPo about a leaked OPCW report contradicting the "official" (aka Washington approved) report about the alleged gas attack in Douma, Syria. What does the leaked document insinuate? That the canisters were placed there by rebels, not dropped from Syrian aircraft.

    The conflicting report was excluded from the "official" report, without a mention of its existence.
