The hell you can't. Mueller should go before Congress on live TV and say "Barr totally misrepresented the findings. Multiple people should be indicted at this very moment. The only reason they aren't is because Barr is a co-conspirator who was put in place for this purpose."

If he agreed with Barr's assessment of the investigation, then say that, and we'll move along.

His obligation is to the American people, not the DOJ. If Mueller is supposed to be this bastion of integrity, he needs to speak up and actually state the truth, not pussyfoot around it in legalize.

Mueller's obligation is to the law.

Or alternatively, why say anything at all yesterday?

Personally, I think it was an attempt, possibly a failed attempt, to not wind up like Comey making statements during an election year.

Mueller appeared in public to announce he was leaving the Justice Dept. He could have left it at that, but didn't. He basically gave the oral Cliff Notes of the report in his final act under the regulations of the department. He did pretty much call his boss, the AG, a liar. He contradicted the President and his defenders. He didn't say "impeach the motherfucker" but did say there were remedies for presidential misbehavior. There's only one, impeachment. What more do people want? He's not Sherlock Holmes or Philip Marlowe wrapping up the case in a short story. He was a professional lawman who did his law job. Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats are politicians. If they don't want to do their politics job for some reason, that's not on Mueller that's on them.

And that’s what the trumps want. Because they have no affinity and use for the law. Like the rapist who claims the police exceeded the scope of the search warrant, criminals hold society to a standard they refuse to follow.

I didn't vote for anyone. Had a mail-in ballot all filled out for Clinton. But never sent it.

All Mueller did yesterday was heap on a healthy shade of gray. Look at various news outlets today. Both sides are screaming how right they are. It needs to be black and white. Enough with the doublespeak: "He didn't not break the law." "The illegal things didn't meet a certain threshold of illegality." "A guideline says in this particular case blah, blah, blah."

"Did X happen?" Answer "Yes" or "No" and be done with it.

Good. He should follow the rule of law which states no one is above the law. If anyone broke the law, charge them.

The Special Counsel indicted 34 people.

He's been pretty clear that his office can't bring charges against a sitting president.

    Congress has to act.

Again, say it in no uncertain terms: "The ONLY reason Donald J. Trump hasn't been charged is because he is the sitting President of the United States. He did commit a crime."

Nothing has been made clear. Mueller left it to Barr to completely muddy the waters. Stop with the "ifs" and "buts" so neither side can spin it for their base.

So Russia elected Trump. Not my president.
