Again, shit like this is what Dems should be putting ads in for elections. “Candidate X’s Republican shill Sean Hannity said .... Why does Candidate X’s Republican Party welcome people like Sean”

I get that ads have to be somewhat focused, but st some point, make the Republican Party’s stupidity as a whole the issue.

If we knew exactly which few issues presidential candidates would have to deal with as president, people might be more inclined to vote based on policies. Seems to me that many or most of the big issues that face presidents during their terms aren't predictable, so voters are choosing who they trust to do the best job reacting to whatever comes up, and they may trust more the candidate they connect with.

Neither HW Bush nor Dukakis seemed to connect with crowds, and I remember articles reporting a relative lack of public enthusiasm for either of them. (That doesn't mean they weren't impressive in person; I worked at the U.S. mission to the UN in the mid-1980s, and some of the longtime employees spoke warmly about Bush, unprompted, a dozen years after he had left.)

Protecting a 1973 SCOTUS decision from repeated attacks by the far right is a "keystone to all other agendas!?!"

Yet, somehow, it also totally exonerated him - according to Trumpists.

If you take out the part about care being affordable, yes, he absolutely got that done.

The highlight of the Queen's life was talking to Trump, says Trump.

“There are those that say”. Should be the title of his biography.

Is it possible to fit all of Trump's cliches into a single statement?

"There are those who say many people are talking about - people didn't even know until I mentioned it - and we'll do something in a week or two. We're looking very strongly at it."

Why do I think that this meeting has more to do with enriching themselves than with Mid-East peace? Could it be the guest list of Trump cronies and billionaires?
